Return, cancellation and upgrading policy

 

 

Refunds

 

Our refund policy is as following: Any request to cancel or refund an order must be requested within 24 hours of submitting your order. Unfortunately, once the state filing fee has been paid to the state of your choice, then no refund can be given. Case by case circumstances may apply. Refunds can be requested by emailing refunds@saboozbusiness.com or by clicking the request a refund link at the bottom of each page. Please ensure to include your order number.

 

Cancellations

Upgrading Formation Packages

 

To be eligible to upgrade your formation package after your submission, you must request an upgrade no later than 7 days after your submission. Upgrading may also delay your processing time. Package down grades are not allowed.

 

 

Refunds (Corporate Binder Kits)

 

If your incorporation kit is incorrect upon receipt, you may return them for partial credit. A credit for $50 will be given or you may request a replacement kit at no additional charge. This applies when a data entry error was made on the questionnaire or there was a data entry error on behalf of SabOOz business. Return shipping is covered by SabOOz business. Upon receipt and you changed your mind regarding data entered on the questionnaire, This will not be considered for partial refund or correction. See amendment policy.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Refunds (Incorporation Formation State Filing Documents)

 

If entity formation documents filed with the secretary of state are incorrect as a result of a data entry error on behalf of SabOOz business or the client. We will cover state amendment fees and correct any incorrect data.

 

Amendment Policy to (Incorporate Formation Documents)

 

If the client wishes to change or alter data on the Incorporation Formation Documents after the entity has been approved by the Secretary of State, then amendment fees will apply.

 

Define

 

Data Entry Error: Includes, spelling or numeric data typos. Example, DOB entered as 04/15/1977 when it should be entered as 04/16/1977 or Jon should be John.

 

Amendments: Change of name or address of any officers, members, shareholders, registered agent, directors or the company itself.

 

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
